after 24-years, steve obermeyer decided to say goodbye to his beard, and the hair on his head. the hamilton school teacher told his students he wanted to shave his locks to raise money for the juravinski cancer centre. if the students from the sage program at strathcona raised enough, the beard would fall too. the students pulled it off and everyone's a winner. I take my hat off to you steve--and to the grade five kids!
